Communication with customers and unsolicited approaches

All communication with customers is done in writing, either by email or live chat. To contact RenoMarket+ by email, you should fill in the form available on the “Contact Us” page (the "Request Form"). Following the submission of the Request Form, RenoMarket+’s response will be sent by email directly to the email address that you specified in the form.

Only emails received from the RenoMarket+.com domain are legitimate email communications from RenoMarket+.

Any other emails claiming to be from RenoMarket+ are deemed to be fraudulent.
